Ms skinniness is right - I tried upping and decreasing calories in quick succession. But I had to be very patient whenever I was on a stall. Dont let it bother you. I know it is frustrating, but dont doubt yourself. You need 'you' to do this! The only thing that seemed to work for me is this: I switch to full liquids diet on the weekends when I stall.
