I wont lie you ... the first month is the hardest... Maybe you'll regret.. I did it... But after one mo things improved.... Im 3 mo post surgery and I feel great... I sleep better... Im not tired all the time... It is better and better... You can everything in small portions.. I have a long road to work but it worth a lot!!!

Congratulations!! I think it is so fantastic how everybody with before and after pics. Everybody looks so much younger some more than others. I don't think we really realize how being overweight ages us inside and out!
