Protien Shakes/Powders

I got Premier Protein shake at Sam's Club in vanilla and chocolate and it is delicious. There are 30 grams of Protein in this shake (160 calories). Also, got the Premier Protein Bars (290 calories). I love the taste and the texture. There are twelve shakes in the box and the cost is $18.00, approximately $1.50 per shake.

I really enjoy bariactric advantage birthday cake...but I just buy a few samples at the doc. It's not something I'd want every day! It's a great treat!

Just made a delish smoothie/slush ...ice, scoop if naked Protein (29grams), a few slices of frozen peaches, a packet of nectresse and a tbs of bariactric advantage white grape elixir (10 grams) ....so nearly 40 grams of protein and only carbs were the 4 slices of peach. I am gonna try a few frozen berries next time!

NaushuaNutrition.com Is where I ordered samples from. They have tons of different brands to choose from.... With that said I can't stand artificial tasting sweeteners and have found BSN-synta 6 chocolate milkshake and strawberry milkshake are actually really good! They reminded me of slim fast. I also really enjoyed the Unjury chicken Soup to change it up from sweet to something savory. Good luck!!!

I just got my sample pack of the Unjury Protein Shakes. I am drinking the vanilla one right now and it's not bad. I put the 1% milk in the freezer and then added the powder. I think it would be better to make the shake and then put it in the freezer. It will mix better. But I have to say after drinking the Bariatric Advantage (YuKKKKK) this one is pretty good. I hope I can tolerate it after VSL. I

will also be getting the Premier to try as well.
