loose skin

I was told that alot of Water aerobic exercises or swimming and high collagen products to moisturize will minimize loose skin. Has anyone been successful using this technique? If not what has worked for you?

I would love to swim off my loose skin and fat, but unfortunately where I live if you're not military you have to pay a gym membership to swim...unless you go to the beach. They really need a YMCA or a rec center in this town.
