It happens to the best of us and right now with actually eating less food, your mind may be thinking about eating all the time. Try some distractions, sip some Water or a Protein Shake and remind yourself that the feeling will pass. It does take some time for your mind to adjust to the new fact that you eat less and that's okay.be kind and supportive of yourself and you will get through this, it's common. I noticed that when I didnt drink enough Water I was hungrey all the time wanting to nibble hear and there.
