I am 4 days out and I have been drinking it since I got home. The day after surgery. You need as much hydration as possible so it's working for me

Yes, the nurses had it ready and waiting in my sisters hospital room straight out of vs surgery to drink as soon as she felt ready. :)

I was only allowed Water first 2 days and then after 3 days was cleared for Powerade zero.
