A little Nervous onto Phase 3

Went for my 4 week follow - up today down 9 more pounds. Time to start phase 3 foods adding uncooked Veggies to my meals. Looking forward to this new endeavor. Still nervous and wondering will I ever eat the same again. Probably not and that is Great!! I am happy with the loss Just hoping that I do not lose to much does that sound stupid???? I am supposed to lose 1-2 lbs a week I am ahead losing about 4-5 lbs a week. I am healthier than I have ever been and I am full of more energy but I am still a Little on the Nervous side. I love the way I look and feel. I am sure I will probably need some form of PS as from the beginning of my journey starting with the Lap Band I have lost 107 lbs!!

You look great Jennifer. Keep up all your hard work. Looking forward to your phase. I am nervous about starting purée this week.

Thank you....Yes Puree is nerve racking too. Just take it slow! Listen to your body. It will tell you when it is to much. Stop and move around. Just Take your time. :)

Looks like you've done a great job. I wouldn't worry about losing too much weight. There are things that you can do once you hit your goals that will help you maintain.
