anonemouse 1 Posted November 7, 2006 I am trying to get all my stuff together so that I can have my surgery approved by insurance. I have scheduled appointments with all my doctors for this week so that I can talk to them about my plans and have them write letters to my prospective surgeon and send them my health records. I am seeing my PCP on Wednesday, my endocrinologist on Thursday, and the nurse practitioner that oversaw my weight-loss program on Friday.
