flyingdove 14 Posted January 29, 2013 Hi TalibahT, Your right, it does depend on the agreement between company (employer) and Aetna and even though Aetna says it will cover 100% there are guidelines that still must be followed to obtain the pre-certification so a good insurance secretary at the Doctors office should know what those guidelines are and let you know. vegasrn27 1 Posted February 11, 2013 I got approved 37 BMI thru Aetna I am 2 weeks post surgery and I had my approval within 24 hrs Sent from my iPhone 5 using VST I also have a BMI of 37, do you have any comorbidities?
