Dannon light and fit greek is really good as well....8g of carbs...12g of protien per serving...it comes in 6 flavors I think....walmart carries all of them....I like them...

I love Dannon light and fit too. I was worried about the sugars so it's the only one I've eaten regularly. I love it!

I can't say enough how much I love the Light & Fit Greek by Dannon since my NUT turned me onto it! (People are going to start thinking I must have stock in the company lol) My only complaint is that they don't have a huge variety of flavors, but I like to get the vanilla and add some Mio, Dasani Drops (pineapple coconut is amazing in the vanilla) or Crystal light to it to get a bigger variety of flavors. Comparing labels, it has so much less sugar than the other Greeks and we all know yogurt is a secret source of a ton of sugar. But it also has less carbs and calories, with the same protein!! I'm attaching the two label comparisons I put up in my FB groups. It's quite a difference! :)

I wish I felt the same, I just bought a 4 pack of the Dannon Light and Fit strawberry Greek and couldn't even finish one. All it tasted like was artificial sweeteners and I'm not really anti artificial sweeteners I just think they went a little over board with them in this product. I guess I'll have to go back to my Chobani champions. Maybe I'll upgrade to the adult version and just go for regular Chobani, I know it has a lot more carbs and calories but I do feel better about putting natural stuff in my body.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
