Was anyone sleeved with Dr. DeBarros or Dr. Blackstone in AZ as a self-pay patient. If so, can you share approx. price and what the experience was like as a self-payer. I asked this on the Lapbandtalk site as well, getting ready to actually make some appts and see what my options might be.
