himalaya62 221 Posted May 1, 2013 I should be exercising more too but I have to honestly say I am moving about a whole lot more now that I'm thinner. Wish I could stay away from a taste of ice cream or crackers once in a while. I'm so busy in my life that I sometimes forget I ever had anything done. That's how good I feel. I need to lose another 15 lbs before June 20!!! I can do it!!!

LizTex2587 212 Posted May 3, 2013 Howdy all you February sleevers! How's everyone doing so far? I'm doing pretty well myself! I was sleeved on the 18th of February and so far I've lost 62 pounds...I'm probably not exercising as much as I should, I just don't have the time between the two jobs that keep me working 50 to 70 hours any given week! Any tips on exercise that works for all of you? would love to hear them! I'm happy for all of us!! From what I've seen, everyone is doing very well! Keep up the good work! 1 Tstorm1070 reacted to this

EweLewz 107 Posted May 3, 2013 My surgery date was 2/22. No complications what-so-ever, though I experience mild pain when I eat certain foods (breads and meats mainly), or if I eat too quickly. The best way I can describe the discomfort is a heavy feeling at the base of my throat....until the food settles. Anyone else experiencing similar discomfort? Yes that is very very common with eating too fast or with dense Proteins (meat) or rice/pasta. Feels like it is trying to push through the bottom of your throat! 1 EweLewz reacted to this
