Shrimp and Tilapia?

Recommended Posts

Has anyone had shrimp and tilapia? If so at what stage? I have a family dinner at Red Lobster and would like to know if I should consider going or not going.......

Fish for me is listed in the soft-food stage. Shrimp would be full-good because of it's texture.

It really depends I am 10+weeks out and I can do fish as long as it is moist and I can do crab but shrimp gives me issues still. You could probably try if you are on soft diet or beyond that but go SLOW:)

Talapia was the first 'meat' that I ate. It is pretty moist and easy to get down plus it is loaded with Protein. I also eat a lot of shrimp and have had no problem but just go slow to see how your sleeve is handling it.

Had grilled mahi-mahi yesterday smothered in tartar sauce. It was delish. I'm 4 weeks out.

after 2 weeks if you are on a soft stage you should be able to eat any flaky white fish. Tilapia, red snapper, and flounder are all great tasting flaky white fishes.
