2013newme 42 Posted January 20, 2013 Sounds great to me!!! Are you exercising too? I ask because I am about 2 weeks out and haven't started exercising yet... I am "moving", but not hitting the treadmill yet... just wondering if and when you started! Keep up the good work!
Traci J. 207 Posted January 20, 2013 A 40 lbs. since surgery itself in 2 months is great....I'd say anything over 3 lbs. a week average is great. And just remember, even if you do lose slower than you'd like, it's less loose skin you'll have at the end because it'll have more time to catch up so to speak. Good luck and keep it up. Richard Foor 655 Posted January 20, 2013 Good Job, Congratulations. I feel that getting more energy and feeling healthier is more important then the numbers on the scale so how fast the numbers go down isn't that important in my opinion.
tinarho 29 Posted January 20, 2013 I'd say that's crazy fast! I can only hope mine will drop that fast. I was sleeved 12-31 and have lost 21. I, too, had no complications and have been able to tolerate all food and liquids. I can't believe how easy my recovery was!
