Daily Food Diary...

I have decided that I am not going to count calories, fat, or carbs unless I start gaining weight. I am going to go by how I feel and how my clothes feel.

CIB

16oz Water

1/2c yogurt

1c baked potato Soup from chillis

1/2 a brownie thing with ice cream

1/2 turkey taco meat with sour cream, salsa, shreaded cheese.< /p>

revive Vitamin water

fruit popsicle

1 packet cream of wheat w/soy milk

1 egg beater

1 16 oz Water

1 owalla strawberry c monster smoothie

1 sunkist tuna lunch to go

1/2 c turkey taco meat with sour cream, salsa, shreaded cheese.< /p>

2 cheese sticks, 2 fried zuchinni, 1/4 pizza

1 Vitamin water

3/4 c special K low carb cereal w/ 1/2 banana

1 c baked potato Soup

1/2 carrots/beans cooked well

1 bottle water

1 small peice of fish with 1/2 carrots/beans cooked well, 1/4 c mashed potato.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
