Cant quench my thirst!

Recommended Posts

Ok I have two odd symptoms since being sleeved on 1/10/13 and that is my vision is blurry when I where my glasses that used to help me see perfectly. Now I can only use my glasses to see far away but if I use them to look on my phone or type everything is jumbled. I took the patch off my ear in hopes it would give me immediate relief but it hasn't. Will this ever go away?! It's scary. How will I drive if I can't see well?:0/

Secondly, I can't seem to quench my thirst!! I just spent the last 2 hours drinking 24oz and earlier today I drank Water. I can't get rid of this dry taste in my mouth. I have no moisture. Cotton mouth. Anyone else ever experienced that??

I was told its because of dehydration. The moment your mouth is dry means you aren't drinking enough. I measure my intake by using a Gatorade bottle. Oh and Gatorade makes you wanna drink more. Lol

First few weeks after surgery I was very thirsty...all I wanted was ice Water and I could never seem to get enough. After about 6 weeks the dry mouth got better.

My eyes were blurry while I was in the hospital and maybe 2 days after I was released. They are ok now. I'm wondering if its a side affect from the anesthesia?

I had blurry eyes too and was told because of anesthesia. Mine lasted quite a few weeks. Still now at 12 weeks out I think I need new contact lens prescription unless just a coincidence that my eye sight is worse.
