7months post op and 91 Ibs down goal weight is 122 so 98 lbs to go I'm nervous I feel like its gonna stop suddenly and I wont make it to my goal any advice on loosing the next 90 lbs

I'm 6 months out, down 130 lbs and feel the same way. I would love to lose another 50 pounds but its like it won't budge now...goes between 3-5 pounds back and forth.

Hi guys I am 7 months post op and lost 85 lbs. the last two months have been reallllyyyy slow like 5-7 lbs a month. I feel the urge to eat more at nights and go over my calories sometimes. I feel like Im not gonna loose anymore weight. I would love to loose another 60 lbs to be at 160 lbs! I'm so discouraged.

Go back to basics. Count calories, Protein and Water. Or have a few days of Protein shakes only, just to give your weight loss a kick start.

Thanx ill try the Protein Shake idea! Reality is setting in and the honeymoon stage is over.
