I love the Protein Powerhouse:

50% Spring Greens

50% mixture of fruit:

- 1/2 avacado

- 1c raspberries

- 1/2c mango

- 10 cashews

Top off with Water

I have a Ninja blender and a Juiceman juicer. The Ninja doesn't pulverize the veggies enough, the juiceman is a bear to clean and leaves out the pulp. I was looking into the Vitamix blenders but too expensive for cheap me. I can get a Nutribullet for $100. at Walmart. It has mostly good reviews and appears to make drinkable stuff.

I will be following this thread and using you guys as guinea pigs. I will give you your lettuce later.
