crftskathy 21 Posted January 28, 2013 Today I made ricotta bake . I lined a muffin tin with the little won ton wrappers then put the ricotta bake on top of the wrappers then put the sauce baked them for about 15- 20i min then topped with no fat Mozzarella. It was delicious! The won ton stayed soft on sides and bottom and tasted like lasagna noodle I loved it!
Megs81 41 Posted January 28, 2013 I made this today in a loaf pan and it was extremely yummy. I also put some ground up turkey meatballs in it and it was amazing. Also used light alfredo sauce

SerendipityHappens 1,594 Posted March 31, 2013 I opted to just take some cottage cheese drain a bit of the whey from it, sprinkle some pepper on it then put a few tablespoons of marinara and a teaspoon of Parmesan and microwave it. Tastes great. I'm sure the ricotta bake is better.. but I'm happy with my simplified version. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

Just be sure to avoid any crispy/burnt cheese bits and be sure to take very small bites and chew Sent from my SM-T560NU using the BariatricPal App
