ljperez 87 Posted January 17, 2013 Walk as much as you can. Relax and remember it will go away and a couple of days you will be feeling like a new person. It does get better. Walk Walk Walk. Did I say walk. Congrats and welcome to the looser's bench.
TheNEWME! 121 Posted January 17, 2013 I agree with ljperez... Walk Walk Walk and Walk some more. I actually even had my husband pat me on the back like a baby to help with the gas since it seemed to be isolated in my upper back. Not sure how much it helped but I was willing to try ANYTHING! Some people say GasX strips helps... but honestly I tried that and I didn't really notice much. So best piece of advice, hang in there and WALK WALK WALK! Good Luck! fonally 108 Posted January 17, 2013 I was sleeved Jan 9 and this was my problem so this is the key walk about one city block three times a day. My DR said this is what they mean by walk. I suffered for DAYS because I was walking enough now that I walk it is almost gone. My DR said gas x is only for gas in your stomach and won't help air caught in body cavity. Moving helps it dissipate. Hope that helps.
