Fluffy62 37 Posted April 6, 2013 Can someone please explain to me in simple terms what slider effect is? And does everyone go thru a stall ? Hey I found this article on slider foods and it helped me understand it better. http://5daypouchtest.com/articles/art002.html And as far as stalls, I think eventually everyone goes through one. I think the biggest thing is to try not to get too frustrated. The most common stall is the 3 week stall. I think it's because many people are transitioning to mushy or purée foods and the body needs to adjust(that's just my logic don't quote me on it). 1 DivaT reacted to this

steeler75 0 Posted April 6, 2013 Had my surgery done on the 20th. All went well. The problem is I feel completely run down. I have no energy to do anything, my wife is 6 months out and feels perfect. She says it will come back, but man it is tough.
