Muffin18 11 Posted January 16, 2013 I I had an appt with my NUT as we do to check in on eating. I asked how many calories I should be eating and she gave no no definite answer. I'm 9 months out and haven't gone over 900 calories. I have upped my excerise to 6 days a week and my Water as well. Should I also increase my calories because I'm working out more? I've lost 60 lbs so far, a very slow loser. I didn't get a goal weight either but I have chosen 185 for myself as I'm 5'7 and I think that would be ok. Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance!!
TheGamer 406 Posted January 16, 2013 I was never given a caloric guide by my surgeon or nutritionist. What I was given were basic guidelines on what I should have (70g Protein, 64 oz Water, vitamins/minerals) with directions on how to eat healthier. On average I eat about 600-700 calories a day and I don't adjust my caloric intake based on any exercise that I do.
