I had started to eat pretty much vegetarian, and tofu was my main go to for Protein. I told my dad, and he did some research into it. He told me that there are many articles about how soy can make you gain weight. Being as I'm so early out I'm 7 weeks, I don't want to push it. I did read that in Japan they use soy to make their pigs and livestock a bit heavier.

If you google it, a lot pops up.

I'm not discouraging soy at all, but as a personal preference, I just don't eat it.
