What kind of Vitamins and supplements do you have to take post surgery? Also where are you buying the supplements from?

I have to take a chewable Multivitamin (local pharmacy) and a liquid Vitamin D (local vitamin/protein shop).

What kind of Vitamins and supplements do you have to take post surgery? Also where are you buying the supplements from?

My surgeon's office says a chewable multivitamin, calcium citrate and a B12 sublingual and Iron if u need it
