HopeFaith 15 Posted January 18, 2013 I just called my doctor's office, the nurse informed me the treadmill would be fine but not more than 30 minutes for the first week. After that I could up it a little each time. Originally, they told me to wait six weeks but I am not losing - hit a stall. I told her I'm eating 800 calories or less a day and not losing, I need to exercise. In fact, taking my lunch break (I work at home) and getting on the treadmill now.
