Ok so I started at 262 right now im 187 from a size 22 down to a 15 3xl too a large my ring size went down from a 9-7 I lost my boobies :'( so I dont know what I am in a bra lol so I lost 75 lbs I still wanna lose another 55 we shall see my only problem is I forget sometimes not all the time this stop eating and drinking omg I get the worst pain ever if I fall asleep right after
