My starting weight was 356 my current weight is 216 and I'm 5'4. My goal is 180 so I'm almost there. My anniversary is 02/29, and I am eating about 600 calories daily. Sometimes I get those calories in 3 meals, other days if I know I'm going to be snacky, I will eat about 6 little things during the day.
