newgrandmother 725 Posted January 13, 2013 what do you think of these nutritional facts? cal 1006 carb 71 Protein 106 fat 35 i am having a hard time balancing i ether get to much protien not enough cals or to many cals and lots of carbs. someone help me please. now today my numbers i higher than usual i normal keep protien at 70-80. carbs under 100 cals 800-900 i was trying something new today. Breakfast 3/4 cup cottege cheese snack 2 turkey meatballs lunch half turkey sandwich on sprouted wheat bread very little carbs snack 2oz of tuna salad, 1/4 cup apple slices dinner chicken parm, salad snack vanilla greek yogart Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

dar1983 751 Posted January 14, 2013 I am six months out, and a disaster as far as diet goes. I rarely get enough Protein, and I am working hard on my Water intake. As for the carbs, I try to keep them under 40grams per day. How many calories do I get? Some days, under 500, some days, more. If I were more attentive, I would have lost more than 71lbs so far.
