So far I have been able to drink the following....

1 cup of Isopure alpine punch - 60 calories - 15 grams of Protein

1 cup of light muscle milk - 100 calories - 15 grams of Protein

1 cup of water-zero everything

6 ounces of chicken broth -60 calories -3G protein

1 SF pop cycle - 15 calories - 0 protein

So far this brings me to: 235 calories and 33 grams of protein

Does this seem about right for those who are beyond the first week?

Get in as much liquids as you can. Try a zero calorie electrolyte for your Water. Also try the Isopure 40 gram clear Protein (gnc) to up your protien.

First week is more about hydration that Protein count. But do try to get up that protein.
