SeriouslyChange 319 Posted January 12, 2013 What do you think about eating them? Irritation? Heart burn? I really want hot sauce
No game 14,437 Posted January 12, 2013 I've had hot sauce ( on my eggs and such) no problems.. But I would say maybe try just a tad at first and see how it treats you
iegal 460 Posted January 12, 2013 Love 'em. Eat them every chance I can. Only food I don't throw them into is my protien shake. But early on my new tummy was sensitive it was unable to take the spice like it used too. Slowly it accepted more and more heat/spice. Slow and sure. Good luck! 1 EnigmaInKY reacted to this

Geminidrive 389 Posted January 12, 2013 Love hot foods and I can still eat most things, but I might not be able to tolerate the high Scoville scale heat items because you need something to wash away that throat heat. Lol 1 lessofmeismore reacted to this

TheGamer 406 Posted January 12, 2013 Ha, I was putting Sriracha in my chicken broth the day after I got home! It didn't bother me in the least. Love spicy things
