I'm being sleeved in 38 days. I'm excited but so nervous at the same time. I'm still looking for a Protein Drink that I like and that are low in carbs. I can't wait to be healthy again.

Try Premier Protein, have 160 cag. 1g. fat, 3 carbs and 30g. protein; they are pre-made and are pretty good. I get them at Sams club. And don't forget, you can add 2 tsp. of sugar-free Jello or pudding mix to them to get a variety of flavors. vanilla with lemon pudding mix is the bomb; chocolate with cherry jello mix tasted like cordial cherries....just to name a few. Good luck on your surgery and hope you have a smooth recovery.

I can only tolerate the premixed ready to drink shakes. powder makes me gag no matter what I do to it. I get the EAS carb control shakes from target.

I found I really like the injury. Gonna try pure Protein tomorrow.
