JerseyGirl68 1,172 Posted January 12, 2013 I think Traci is on to it. A lot of us (me included) were/are "emotional" eaters, soothing ourselves with food. I know for me this was a HUGE, lifelong problem. Try to use this time to redefine your relationship with food. Take a walk, look for a great recipe you an try when you're on purees.
