hinportland 83 Posted January 12, 2013 Are you allowed to eat thin deli meats . On most diets it is, but keep in mind deli meats are high in sodium, which may make you retain Water.

hinportland 83 Posted January 12, 2013 Today is my fourth week but still I cant eat normal. It has to be slowly why? Thanks I still have to eat slow, too. A meal generally takes me 1-2 hours to eat. The reason is that your stomach went from the size of a football to the size of an egg (direct quote from the doctor). There's just not much room in there! And besides that, you're still healing, so your stomach is probably still sensitive.
rholt35 32 Posted January 13, 2013 I had roasted chicken today and some green Beans thinking I could eat this with no issues . I have to tell you it took me forever and I did not even finish it . You know I have no issue when it comes to eating potatoes and beans and yogurt
