I'm 10 days away and 7lbs away from pre op weight loss goal. I'm getting nervous and anxious. I've had 2 slip ups with food but made it healthy food: salad and chicken lettuce wraps. Going all day drinking only 2 shakes til dinner had my sugar dipping and giving me a headache. I think that I will have my 1 healthy meal for lunch instead if dinner and do a shake for dinner instead.

I've tried to stop smoking which I've done better than I thought but I did break down and smoke some yesterday. That calmed the craving and today I didn't even think about it. Hopefully I can stay that way.

I can't wait to get this done!
