crftskathy 21 Posted January 10, 2013 You are probably still swollen from the surgery! It hasn't even been a month so don't worry. Stop weighing everyday! Weight fluctuates daily try once a week you will be happier! Hang in there it comes off!
Boofster 159 Posted January 10, 2013 I've found that I stick to a weight for a few days to a week and then get on the scale and a little block of weight comes off (3-5 lbs) all of a sudden. I am a slower loser too but the inches are coming off like crazy. Smaller sizes are now baggy and the things that fit 2 weeks ago are starting to look gross. Hang in there - it will happen! You don't see anyone on this site 8 months down the road going I've only lost 15 lbs!! )) 2 rosehips and Melissa Carter reacted to this
rosehips 121 Posted January 10, 2013 I sure hope your husband hides that scale real good. I weight myself every 3 weeks, I get too grumpy if the scale does not move. I just put it in my closet, if that scale is in my bathroom I step on it, I can't resist, if I have to go get it and bring it to hard floor I have time to tell myself NO. During the 3 week span I use my clothes for encouragement. Yea to baggy clothes
fredlexky 2 Posted January 10, 2013 Alley, Don't get depressed everyone loses at their own rate. Just make sure you get your 60-80g Protein Shakes and 64 oz. of Water, walk as much as you can ( at least 30 mins a day ) and you'll get there. It's a journey for all of us, but as long as we keep at it we'll all make it. Good luck to you, and keep in touch.
Melissa Carter 24 Posted January 13, 2013 Surgery 11/21/2012 I lost 30 lbs in my first 30 days. BOY was I excited!!!!. 2nd 30 days now and its only 8 lbs total. I used to torture myself with daily weighs and would cringe on the days the scale actually went UP! Now i try to weigh only every 2-3 days. I have also found the more I eat and the more I move, the more lbs I drop. 1 rosehips reacted to this
