Mich grand 35 Posted January 11, 2013 Yes-probably (most) everyone on this site. The only problem about doing it yourself is the "Regaining" lot the weight you lost. My dear friend lost over 125 pounds going to weight watchers. And now less that a year later he has out on 80% of that weight.
