What is everyone's sleep schedule like? Do you get 8 hours or do you get three and have to eat in the middle of the night?

I get 8 hours of sleep, and to be honest even at my heaviest I would never bother getting out of bed in the middle of the night to eat!

I definitely sleep 8 hours...you aren't usually hungry after surgery so meals are usually just planned events, not something you are dying to do.

If you are feeling hungry at night it may be acid try some tums when you wake up see if the hunger goes away. Then maybe you can go back to sleep.< /p>
