KevLev12282012 25 Posted January 9, 2013 OK, I know I'm breaking the first rule of weight loss by stepping on the scale every morning, but I'm 12 days post-op today and for the last 2 days, I've lost no weight. I had been losing at the rate of two and half pounds nearly every day up til Day 10. I'm 352.4 lbs and want so badly to say goodbye to the 350's. I just don't understand how I can be stalling on nothing but liquids. ~Frustrated~
mrdr 247 Posted January 9, 2013 The weight will come off you have to be patient. At your weight the weight will fly off. The people who are heavier lose more usually then the people who are smaller. I to have felt like this when the scale doesnt budge. You need to make sure your Fluid intake is good and you should be fine. Good Luck,
suzthebrit 146 Posted January 9, 2013 Step away from the scale!!! 2 days is not a stall, it is a fluctuation. Put your scale away. Continue to do what you're doing and the weight will fall off! The number on the scale is not the only number to worry about! Blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, pant size etc all count too. Stress will stop you from losing so fast so HIDE THAT SCALE! You'll do fine!
