missih30 27 Posted January 9, 2013 My nut encourages me to drink non fat skim milk (1 cup twice per day.....for 8 mg Protein per cup).......so in the evening I put 1 cup of milk......lil vanilla extract.......lil cinnamon......lil splenda and microwave.....yummy.......and if you desire 1 serving of sugar free cool whip (2 TBSP is 20 calories).....and this counts toward my 64 oz of daily Fluid plus protein and sooooo good! 4 squirrel, blueyes32, ProudGrammy and 1 other reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
