Help I need tips on what kind of proteins i need besides the shakes

It depends on what you're allowed I was allowed anything I could chew to applesauce consistency. Fish, chicken and eggs should be your go to, if you're allowed to eat that during your mushy phase. If not, I'd say greek yogurt.
