I am so excited & emotional right now. I thought I would weigh myself today. I was changing out of my work clothes and thought "what the heck...." I was under that ugly 200 I have been strapped to for years!! Tomorrow is my 9 week mark. and 2 more lbs & I will have lost 40 lbs so far. So many emotions.... I am close to tears right now.....

I am so happy for you! You can cry, dance, sing, whatever you feel like That is an amazing accomplishment. I hope to be in the same place sometime soon. If you had to attribute your post op success to 2-3 things, what would you say it was?

Thank you Joy. I would have to say the support of my wonderful husband, the want to feel good & healthy, and the desire to be successful in this. Im sure i havent done everything right.....but im trying. Good luck to you on your journey.
