I know I need to be asking my doctor and nut these questions but I don't go back until 29th so I thought u start here first...

U am 3 1/2 months out and just don't know what I should but more concerned about, fat or carb intake. I'm not really keeping track of either and I know I should but sometimes it just gets a little frustrated and overwhelming.

So what are my fellow sleeves just starting this journey are going by FATS VS CARBS!!

If you are doing a low carb, high Protein diet...you don't need to really monitor fat intake.

If you choose to just eat balanced smaller size portions then fat intake should be kept low.

Most sleevers are told protein first and healthy carbs (veggies)kept low with no breads, rice, potatos etc (bad carbs)

Protein and Water are priority.

Hope this helps :)

Fat and sugar should be kept under 10g per serving and carbs should be less than 60g per day and you need at least 60g of Protein per day.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
