mgsmith 35 Posted January 8, 2013 I know I need to be asking my doctor and nut these questions but I don't go back until 29th so I thought u start here first... U am 3 1/2 months out and just don't know what I should but more concerned about, fat or carb intake. I'm not really keeping track of either and I know I should but sometimes it just gets a little frustrated and overwhelming. So what are my fellow sleeves just starting this journey are going by FATS VS CARBS!!
lessofmeismore 1,405 Posted January 8, 2013 If you are doing a low carb, high Protein diet...you don't need to really monitor fat intake. If you choose to just eat balanced smaller size portions then fat intake should be kept low. Most sleevers are told protein first and healthy carbs (veggies)kept low with no breads, rice, potatos etc (bad carbs) Protein and Water are priority. Hope this helps
ascooke 50 Posted January 8, 2013 Fat and sugar should be kept under 10g per serving and carbs should be less than 60g per day and you need at least 60g of Protein per day.
