soocalchic 1,087 Posted January 8, 2013 I'm 2 months out and was stalled for 3 weeks started at 250 I'm down to 223 I knew it had to break soon enough ..I did start walking/ jogging to get it going and watching my carbs.. TD41 33 Posted January 8, 2013 How long does a stall last??? Also, typically when does it start? Just curious I am on a 3 week liquid diet only. After my 3 wks are up i start phase 2 which is soft foods. I went to pcp I have lost 20lbs since Dec. 28 th and my bp was 102/70.... I am scheduled to see her again in 6 weeks.
