niamh 1 Posted January 8, 2013 The way that people's fat is distributed when they put weight on, and lose it, is very individual. I don't think you'll find a reliable answer! Be patient
delta_girl 931 Posted January 8, 2013 I don't think it is possible for you to get rid of fat only in one part of your body. It comes from all over the body. Heredity and your specific weight distribution are unique to you. For me, it won't matter how much I lose, I will still have a little belly. My mom was tiny at around 5'4" and 104 lbs when she delivered me and she had a little belly. You can build muscle and tone by working out with weights, though. TheCurvyJones 721 Posted January 8, 2013 I've watched a lot of people lose their weight and most of them say the belly is the last to go!
desertmom 297 Posted January 8, 2013 For me,a pear shape, the belly fat along with the thighs started going only recently and I am 6 pounds from goal.In fact, will lower goal with 10 pounds because of this. Apples seems to lose the belly quicker though!

altagirl 127 Posted January 20, 2013 I'm not sure - I am a complete apple. My legs are like toothpicks now. I can't seem to drop that belly.
