Is 24pounds in 29 days a good for the first month?

Hi

I just got back from holidays and weighed in at 313pounds a total of 24pounds in 29 days

Is this good or could I have lost More.

Nearly a pound a day is very good :P I lose about 4 pounds a week, now that I'm a few months out. Remember, it's not about how much you can lose how fast. Make sure that you're being good to yourself and doing the healthy thing and the weight will come off, regardless :)

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
