Well my surgery was finished yesterday at 3:30. When I woke up in recovery it was horrible, throwing up, but each hour is getting better, I'm walking every hour for 15 min, started my juices and did my leak test all is good!!!! Just sore.. Very sweet people here!! They told me I would gain Water weight and from gas I came in weighing 203 and weigh 211 now, but I'm sure that will come right off!! I pray I am able to work on the 16th!! I will keep you all posted, and thank you!!

I had my surgery 1-4-13 and am having a hard time. Not throwing up but nothing seems to agree with me. I have some pain when I swallow. Getting down and crying today. My friends went through the same issues and are doing great. I can't wait to get to that point. Any advice?

Are you taking a anti acid ?

I am taking omeprazole and has made a world of difference, I feel great now 9 days out!
