minimii 43 Posted January 7, 2013 I was sleeved on 12/28. This past Saturday morning I made a bonehead move and ate a cheesy tot, while getting Breakfast for my family at a drive throu. I was sick the rest of the day and was unable to continue with my full liquids. Buy Sunday morning I was suffering from dehydration. Long story short, I'm in the hospital & they found blood clots in some veins around my GI track. Anybody's been through this before? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

minimii 43 Posted January 12, 2013 Well I'm finally home after 5 nights and 6 days in the hospital. My sleeve is great, thank God - it appears everything is healing nicely. My blood clots however appear to be a blood condition related to my rheumatoid arthritis. If it was not for me getting sleeved & making a bonehead move, the clots may have never been discovered and my life could have ended tragically. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
