Aaronmadeit 361 Posted January 7, 2013 Has anyone ever got like a tingly feeling in your hands while trying to goto sleep at night ? I just keep moving and not able to relax only way to get rid of the weird feeling in my hands is to make a tight fist I feel like its a spasm or something it's driving me crazy anyone have any suggestions ? castiel 66 Posted January 7, 2013 When I met with my psychologist, she told me to be weary of tingling in my hands because that means you're low on B12 and you'll need a shot right away or else the tingling will be permanent.
