Alexandra 55 Posted July 8, 2004 Magnolia, what you're going through is perfectly normal and natural. Your body has been losing weight pretty quickly for the last few weeks, and it just naturally puts the breaks on sometimes. You may need a fill, sure, but I'd suggest giving the one you have another couple of weeks to "settle" -- sometimes you get restriction when you least expect it. Not to worry! You're doing great and your weight loss will start again. Relax!! :D
shellyj 5 Posted July 8, 2004 your body is adjusting to the loss you have already had! you may need a fill you'll have to decide if how much food you are eating now is to much or just right. i always called and scheduled fills in advance that way if i needed the appt i didnt have to wait 2-3 weeks from the day i deccided i needed it. if i didnt need it i could cancel 2-3 days in advance michelle
Janie Jackson 0 Posted July 8, 2004 Hi, I was banded on May 6th and my weight loss has really slowed down also. I have lost 29lbs now. I find if I really drink all of my Water I can eat less. I strugle with emotional hunger more than physical hunger. I am going to try to stop eating around 8 each night and see if that will help. Are you drinking at least 64oz of water a day? ...Best of luck ... Keep us posted on your progress...Janie
